Step 1:Flash Combination File Using Odin or z3x Box. After Flashing Done,Then phone Will be in Factory Binary Mode.
Go to Dial Pad Type*#0808# .. and Select DM+MTP+ADB then OK.

step 2:Use Z3X Pro Box, Select The SCV31 Model and go to Repair Tab and Press on Reset MSL.

step 3:Save Your Phone Original imei Notepad.Open SPT box Select Model G900H.use UART C3300 Cable.Go to Service Tab and in Repair IMEI. 
Write Super imei 358012060753038 (imei 358012060753038 From Samsung Edge scv31 Offcialy Unlocked).
and Write New IMEI to Phone. After it Finished, Check to Make Sure You Have The New IMEI in Phone.

step 4:Do You now Flash Your Phone (BL, AP, CP, CSC) and No Need PIT File, Using Odin or Z3X Box

step 5: After Flashing Full Flash Files.Run Your Phone, in any SIM card.
Connect Wi-Fi Then go Setting - Status - Status Sim Card and You Will Got an Update,Choose Yes and Update it Finished and reboot.

Go Back to SIM Card Status Again and See if it Shows Status: Allowed. If it is, Then Your phone reboot now.go to next steps

Repeat step:1.2 and 3... But Not Use Super imei. Do You Use Phone Original imei.

Go to Dial Pad and Type *#06# Show on Original  imei Your Phone.Then Unlock is done....

But not show your original  imei. otherwise phone is not done
