Hyundai Motor Co., has revealed the new face of the Hyundai Santa Fe which has been launched for the South Korean domestic market.
The launch of the new car is expected to increase consumer desire to buy a vehicle. The fourth generation Santa Fe is claimed to be not just a facelift, but also offers several new features from the exterior to the interior.
"We are modernizing the New Santa Fe with premium features and attractive aesthetics that will definitely add value to this vehicle," said SangYup Lee, senior vice president and head of the Global Design Center.
"The bold lines that stretch from side to side and from front to back give the Santa Fe the rugged yet refined look that today's SUV customers want. In addition, we've added a lot of features and functions to create an SUV that is truly an SUV. focused on family and fun to drive."
The front of the New Santa Fe, comes with a wide grille that extends across the entire surface of the vehicle. The grille of this car comes with Hyundai's signature geometric patterned inlay which also integrates the headlights like the signature style found on many Hyundai cars.
The car has sported LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL) at the top of the grille and trimmed them to create a unique T-shape at every corner when turned on.
The redesigned interior for the New Santa Fe provides more space and convenience than the previous model.
For the first time, Santa Fe uses the terrain mode selector, a control knob that allows the driver to switch between different drive modes, and optimizes HTRAC® All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) performance and settings for a variety of driving situations.
These features include unique modes for sand, snow and mud, as well as eco, sport, comfort and smart modes. In addition, this car can automatically recognize the driving style and select the mode so that the driver does not have to do it.
