PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) presents the latest model of the CRF1100L Africa Twin Adventure Sports. This motorbike gets a variety of new features to answer the wishes of adventure lovers in Indonesia.
New features on the CRF1100L Africa Twin Adventure Sports include an adjustable windscreen with a new design through five levels of settings. This new windscreen is able to increase rider visibility while providing protection from the wind when traveling long distances.
In addition, there is a full digital panelmeter with the latest Android Auto features. This feature is presented to make it easier for drivers to integrate with smartphone operating systems when driving.
Talking about the engine, this latest model is equipped with a 1,084 cc 4 stroke SOHC engine with a liquid-cooled parallel twin-cylinder configuration, capable of producing a maximum power of 73 kW or equivalent to 97 hp at 7500 rpm and a peak torque of 103 Nm at 6000 rpm.
Interestingly, this motorbike also comes with the application of 4+2 riding mode, which gives the rider the freedom to choose the mode that suits the road at hand, namely tour, urban, gravel and off-road modes.
As for the 2 additional riding modes, it is a choice of modes that can be set by the rider himself to suit his driving needs.
Not to forget, the Africa Twin provides easy control for the rider, with the presence of 6 axles Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) which functions to monitor the condition of the motorbike when braking, cornering, and accelerating.
Marketing Director of PT AHM Thomas Wijaya said the refresh on the CRF1100L Africa Twin Adventure Sports was presented as the company's effort to answer the wishes of upscale adventure motorcycle lovers.

AHM markets the CRF1100L Africa Twin Adventure Sports in Tricolor, a combination of red, white, and blue. The manual type is marketed at Rp 620,774,000 (on the road in DKI Jakarta), while the DCT type is priced at Rp 659,897,000.
