Virtual reality is one example of new technologies created by experts to help activities carried out by humans so that these activities become easier. Virtual Reality devices are able to bring the atmosphere in the real world to the virtual world. Where we can do something unique that might not even exist in the real world

Definition of virtual reality

Virtual reality is a technology that is able to generate a real 3D atmosphere, so that users feel like they are in the real world even though they are actually in a virtual world.

Besides containing these elements, Virtual World also has different types, namely:

Entry-level mobile VR

Including Virtual Reality devices that are cheap because there are no electronic components in them. How to use it, you only need a smartphone. An example of this type of VR glasses is Google Cardboard and several other virtual reality glasses for smartphones. This type is made of thick carbon paper and plastic, with a simple way of working that makes the price of this type cheap.

Mobile virtual reality headsets

Is a type of virtual world that almost resembles an entry-level mobile virtual reality. Because both require a smartphone as a processing source. However, mobile virtual reality headsets are generally equipped with electronic components inside. One example is the Samsung Gear VR. Mobile virtual reality is generally equipped with tracking sensors, built-in controls and also focus adjustments that are used to add excitement and experience to users while in the virtual world.

High-level virtual reality

This virtual reality device is not the same as a mobile virtual reality headset. High-level virtual reality requires a computer or game console device. Examples of devices that are a part of high-level virtual reality are the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. Where both use a computer as a processing source. High-level virtual reality devices are amazing because they use game consoles and computers compared to mobile virtual reality headsets that use smartphones.

This type is used not to play games, but to provide an amazing sensation to users when watching movies using a Virtual Mobile Theater device. Not many VR devices of this type are produced. One example of the Virtual Mobile Theater itself is the Sony HMZ-T1. Virtual Mobile Theater requires a processing source in the form of a computer or smartphone. by using this type of Virtual World, the movies you play will feel like a real theater with a big screen and excited sound. Of course it will feel as real as if you were in the film.

Augmented Reality Headsets

And the last thing that many people are starting to talk about is the Augmented Reality Headset. Augmented Reality Headset is a technology that combines the real world with graphic objects that are created / Generated via a computer. Some time ago, we were shocked by the presence of this Augmented Reality Headset-based game, Pokemon GO. In this game we are given the experience of playing in the real world but there will be objects in the form of pokemon around us.
