Officially launched, BMW 3-Series prices start at IDR 927 million

As the flagship and best-selling model in Indonesia, the BMW 3-Series always gets the latest updates. This time, BMW Group Indonesia as the official brand holder agent released two new variants of their premium compact sedan, namely the 320i M Sport and 330i M Sport Pro. Both of them continue the work of the 320i and 330i series which were previously launched at the IIMS 2022 event.

In this M Sport variant, the 320i and 330i appear to have a more racing aura with the Motorsport body kit package. Not only that, starting from this facelift, the BMW 3 Series also uses the new 8-speed Steptronic Sport transmission as standard.

"As a leader in its segment both globally and in Indonesia, the BMW 3 Series continues to present various new breakthroughs and new benchmarks in its segment. This latest BMW 3 Series also comes at a very attractive price which can only be obtained during the BMW Exhibition," said Jodie O'tania, Director of Communications BMW Group Indonesia.

The following are the prices for the latest BMW 3-Series launched in Indonesia:

  • BMW 320i M Sport Rp. 927,000,000 off the road
  • BMW 330i M Sport Pro Rp. 1,027,000,000 off the road
The refreshments that are present in the 3-Series are quite significant in terms of both the exterior and interior. On the appearance side, the redesigned headlamps combined with the new kidney grille also provide a strong visual appearance from the latest BMW design language. The adaptive full-LED headlamp design is now much slimmer, with a combination of inverted L-shaped DRLs.

With its bold structure and contours, dynamic lines and large air intakes, the front apron emphasizes a sporty look. The frightening impression is shown through the new double bar accents, giving the BMW kidney grille a more sturdy and powerful appearance.

The new BMW 3 Series already has a sporty look highlighted by the M High-gloss Shadowline trim that is now standard. Additionally, standard specification for all BMW 3 Series models now includes 17-inch light-alloy wheels.

"This model has its own meaning, embodying a combination of sporty looks and extraordinary dynamics. The 3-Series has also been the backbone of BMW in terms of sales for many years," continued Jodie.

The interior is no less attractive and futuristic with BMW Operating System 8. The instrument panel uses the BMW Curved Display, which gives a sophisticated impression to the interior.

Impressive performance of the BMW 3-Series, Jumawa Torque

It's not just the appearance that has been updated, the performance side is also increasingly impressive. Both still come with internal combustion engines, where the output for the 320i M Sport is 184 hp/250 Nm and for the 330i M Sport Pro it is 258 hp/400 Nm.

As explained above, all variants of the latest BMW 3 Series now come with an eight-speed Steptronic transmission. Unlike the previous 3-Series, gear shifting now uses a new transmission knob as standard.

"The heritage of the BMW 3 Series is closely related to BMW's success in Indonesia. Therefore, we need to keep this vehicle model attractive and relevant to customers' evolving needs," said Jodie at the launch, Friday (2/12).
