The Collection of Dead Corpses at the Horrible Corpse Museum

Horror tours at The Capuchin Catacombs of Palermo (also known as Catacombe dei Cappuccini or Catacombs of the Capuchins) is a museum for all of you who want to experience horror.

The bodies buried in this museum are those who died between 1500 and 1920 and they were all embalmed before finally being displayed on the walls and corridors of the museum, and in 1940, a bomb hit the monastary, destroying many of the mummies.

The Capuchin Monastery itself is a building that was once a church in 1623 and was repaired in the early 20th century.

Priest Capuchin (not the monkey's name), discovers that catacombs contain a mysterious preservative that aids in embalming dead bodies. As a result about 8000 souls from all walks of life were chosen to be buried here.
