The Hongguang Mini EV is Wuling's most phenomenal electric car because it managed to beat other fuel-free cars to become the best-selling.
Even though for the Indonesian market it was replaced by the presence of Wuling Air ev, in its home country, Wuling Hongguang Mini EV is still sold side by side with Air ev.
Reaping success since 2020 and becoming Wuling's best-selling car in the following two years, it turns out that the Hongguang Mini EV will be doing a refresher.
Even the photos of the latest Wuling Hongguang Mini EV have been revealed through information that was officially released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in China.
Wuling Hongguang Mini EV 2024 Becomes More Stylish
From the photos uploaded, it can be seen that there are many new things from the Mini EV 2024. Just look at the front fascia, which now uses headlights with a more rounded design, accompanied by a charger socket port that is no longer square.
The front grille cover plate and the air grille on the bumper also look different, and now there is an additional LED fog lamp on the front bumper.
The other changes are in the shape of the outside mirrors which are slightly larger, on the roof there is a roofrail, and the 12-inch wheels that are installed now use wheel hubcaps with the same model as the Air ev.
Behind the shape of the brake light has also undergone revisions, including the garnish that connects the two lights, now using white.
The curve of the bumper has also been slightly changed, and there are additional rear reflectors on the left and right corners.
Oh yes, it turns out that Wuling also provides a two tone option with a black roof for this latest Hongguang Mini EV.
Technical Specifications Have Changed
It turns out that it's not only the physical aspect that has changed, the specifications for the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV 2024 technician have also undergone an overhaul.
Starting from the body dimensions, the latest Mini EV quoted from Autohome, Friday (07/21/2023) will have a length of 3,064 mm, width of 1,493 mm, height of 1,614 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,010 mm.
That means the body is 147 mm longer and the wheelbase is 70 mm longer than the previous model, but the width of the car remains the same and the roof is 10 mm lower.
As for the strength of the electric motor, it is said that it can now produce 30 kW or approximately 40 PS with a new lithium phosphate battery, but unfortunately the capacity of the new battery is not stated.
There is no additional information regarding the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV 2024 release schedule, but it is estimated that it will be at the end of this year or early next year.
