Chevrolet has launched the Chevrolet Blazer EV as one of its newest electric cars. Together with the Silverado EV and Equinox EV, the Chevrolet Blazer EV is here as a new Chevrolet electric car with Ultium technology.
Not only is it a new electric car for Chevrolet, the Blazer EV also expands the choice of electric cars offered by General Motors.
At its launch, the Chevrolet Blazer EV was introduced in four trim variants namely 1LT, 2LT, RS and SS.
So, what can each of these variants do? Starting from the cheapest variant 1LT, it gets a standard front-wheel drive motor.
In addition to the front-wheel drive motor, the 1LT variant also gets a battery that has a claimed range of 247 miles or 398 km.
Regarding features, the 1LT variant of the Blazer EV has 19-inch rims, full LED lights, a 17.7-inch infotainment screen and an 11-inch Driver Info Center screen.
Interestingly, these features can also be found in the 2LT variant of the Blazer EV. The difference is that the 2LT variant gets a battery with a further claimed mileage of 293 miles or 471.5 km.
Not only does the battery go further, the 2LT variant also gets an all-wheel drive option. The Blazer EV RS variant is the most interesting variant because it is available in front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive options.
This variant also gets a battery with a claimed farthest distance of 320 miles or 515 kilometers. Features are similar to the 1LT and 2LT, but add a power hands-free liftgate, heated and cooled front seats, heated steering wheel and 21-inch alloy wheels.
