This year, it seems that more and more manufacturers are daring to launch large-screen smartphones, aka tablets. This time it was Oppo Pad 2's turn launched by the subsidiary company BBK Electronics Corporation to steal the hearts of tablet lovers. So what about the specs and price?
Oppo Pad 2 Specifications and Prices
The need for a large-screen smartphone seems to have succeeded in making Oppo think of another strategy to win the market. This is evidenced by the launch of the next generation of tablets that were launched a year ago.
These are the specifications of the Oppo Pad 2, the tablet that will replace the previous generation:
- Chipset Mediatek Dimensity 9000
- Screen 11.61” IPS LCD, Dolby Vision 144Hz
- Variant RAM 8-12GB and ROM 256-512GB UFS 3.1
- 9,510mAh battery, 67W Fast Charge
For the price of the Oppo Pad 2 itself, it will be priced starting from 6 million Rupiah to 9 million Rupiah. Of course, the price tag is quite attractive, because it can nudge other competitors in that price range.
Based on the specs above, it appears that this tablet has quite up-to-date specs, including large RAM, coupled with a refresh rate of 144Hz which is certainly interesting to look at.
No Slot for SIM Card
The absence of a slot for a SIM card on this tablet seems normal, looking at other competitors in a more or less the same price range, none of which include a slot for a SIM card.
It seems that the focus of use of this brand-new tablet from Oppo is for productivity, or accompanying everyday life. Starting from work, watching movies, to playing your favorite games, there shouldn't be a problem because wifi connectivity will dominate.
However, it is not yet clear whether this tablet will launch globally or not, including Indonesia. However, if it is really going to launch, of course this will be interesting to look forward to.
