Along with the launch of the locally assembled BMW X7, the BMW Group also released a new variant of the X3 series. The BMW X3 xDrive30i M Sport comes with the iconic and sporty exterior and interior of the BMW M Sport. In terms of appearance and performance, the BMW X3 is superior to the existing X3 with BMW M DNA.
At the front, the BMW Icon Adaptive LED with a hexagonal-shaped selective-beam and a more assertive kidney grille merges with the sporty M Sport front bumper with highlights on the transverse LED fog lamps.
The new BMW X3 this time comes with a spacious cabin space through the addition of larger dimensions compared to the previous generation. There is an addition of up to 51mm in length, 10mm in width, 15mm in height and a 54mm wheelbase with a fairly short overhang design.
This design provides very broad benefits such as increased interior functionality which is also very spacious, and flexible driving handling.
The Best BMW X3 xDrive30i M Sport Engine in All Terrain
The BMW X3 xDrive30i M Sport is equipped with the BMW TwinPower Turbo petrol engine, which has the largest output in the X3 family.
The power source comes from a 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine with up to 252 HP and 350 Nm of torque. The engine is equipped with High Precision Direct Injection, Double-Vanos variable camshaft control and Valvetronic fully variable valve timing.
Power is channeled through an 8-speed Steptronic transmission which is also equipped with predictive gear shift. The transmission technology is connected to the navigation system in the car. This allows gear shifting with a precise combination of engine speed and vehicle speed.
"The BMW X3 xDrive30i has an engine with a higher output, which is 252 HP and 350 Nm of torque. The maximum speed is up to 215 km/hour," said Ismail Ashlan, Corporate Communications Manager of the BMW Group Indonesia during a product presentation.
