Renault Releases Hydrogen-Powered Concept Car Teaser
For the first time, Renault has released a teaser of a hydrogen-powered concept car. This Renault hydrogen car is a commitment from the French manufacturer in supporting a sustainable, environmentally friendly and inclusive development strategy.
Hydrogen cars are not quite popular in the automotive industry. Toyota is the most passionate manufacturer in developing cars with hydrogen power. The Toyota Mirai hydrogen car is already on general sale, and recently Toyota has also developed a hydrogen GR Yaris and a hydrogen Corolla Sport.
Not wanting to be left behind from the Japanese manufacturer, the French automotive manufacturer, Renault, is also ready to introduce its first hydrogen car. The teaser of the car has been officially released by Renault, by showing the front view.
From the outstanding silhouette, this prospective Renault hydrogen car looks like an SUV, with a characteristic muscular hood and equipped with over fenders. It looks like this car has DRL lamps with 4 LED points in each lamp and below it is the main lamp. This car also uses the latest Renault logo.
There is no more detailed information about the prospective hydrogen car. But what is certain, this car was designed directly under the direction of Renault Design Director, Gilles Vidal. The concept car is part of the company's recently announced goal of achieving a 100% electric energy mix by 2030.
For your information, hydrogen burns faster than gasoline and produces a good response while providing excellent environmental effects. Besides being clean, hydrogen combustion also offers a driving experience with the sensation of driving an internal combustion engine (petrol engine and diesel engine).
